How much bleeding is too much bleeding?

to say that I passed this… has anyone experienced this with an ectopic? I thought there wouldn’t be any tissue like this with no pregnancy found in the uterus??

Possible TMI…..

I have a suspected ectopic pregnancy and received my second methotrexate shot 6 days ago. (The first one did not bring my hormone levels down as much as it was supposed to) I started spotting Thursday. Since Friday, I have had heavy period like bleeding. Today it has been a lot.. I have gone through a 36 pack of pads since Friday, and it’s almost a constant flow. With my period, there are random gushes, but it’s not all day long.
