Implantation or body aches?

Hey y’all! So my fiancé and I have recently started trying to conceive and I’m now 6 DPO with 8 till my period is expected. I’m having major lower back pain that feels more like a dull cramping. The only downside to all of this is I can’t tell if it’s body aches from possibly having covid or this. I also have had a couple twinging feelings on my right side that lasted maybe an half an hour or so on and off yesterday before this started. What do you guys think? When should I start testing?
