My left breast is killing me. I haven’t breast fed for 36 hours. I’m super uncomfortable and I can hardly move without pain.

I’ve been massaging my breasts to make sure lumps stay small, I’ve expressed a little here and there so my nipple doesn’t feel like bursting anymore, and I’ve been icing every two hours.

I’m not sure what else to do. Today I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. My head hurt, I’m nauseous, very tired from not sleeping well, and my body hurts.

Any advice you have is welcomed! Thank you
