Anyone else ever had a really constipated kid?

My 11 month old is super constipated, xrays showed lots of stool there. So we were given lactulose to give him which is helping, but ugh I just feel so so bad for him and as a first time single mom I am sooo scared! And feel an immense amount of guilt. I havent slept because of how bad I feel.

I just hope hes all good sooon and staying in touch with the pediatrician , I feel annoying asking alll these questions
