My 3 month old has had eczema since like 1 month old. Are those little scabby dots a part of eczema? Also… the mark on her foot appeared out of nowhere. Any idea what that’s from?

Those dots look like my sons rash and it is milk allergy we got out of the emergency department today because it got left untreated for too long and got so severe. He is four months old. Have you had it seen by a paediatrician? ￼
