We announced our pregnancy about 2 weeks ago and recently I've been asked how far I am. When I say 14 weeks, everyone seems so passive like it's not a big deal. "OH thats it"? Having this be my first pregnancy and reading about all of the unfortunate losses that people have experienced makes me incredibly grateful that I've made it passed the "vulnerable" beginning. Any period or duration of a pregnancy is an accomplishment and an amazing thing. I hope that our little munchkin continues to grow and that my "only" 14 weeks will be a beautiful 40 weeks with our even more beautiful reward.
