I’m currently at a sleep away camp for 2 weeks and from the first day there was a guy in my class that I thought was cute. He complimented a drawing i did and we made eye contact a few times. The next day we definitely were looking at eachother; at that point, I I reallyy liked him.

That night there was a bonfire the camp hosted with marshmallows etc and I noticed him looking up at me at times. Then we got to talking! It honestly was one of the best moments of my life, we clicked INSTANTLY and it was so nice to sit next to the fire with him and my friends who were nearby said that his body language was clearly showing he was attracted to me. He complimented my appearance and while nothing that was said was super deep or anything it was amazing that our conversation flowed so naturally. He lives really far from my city but he had been there a few times and I told him to write a few restaurant recommendations in my notes app. It was pretty close to when I had to go back to the dorms so I said goodbye and asked for his snap. He said that he had included his user in the note w the restaurants!!!!!!! Without my asking first!!!!

So I add him a few mins later and I noticed that he hadn’t added me back. I didn’t think much of it and went to sleep. The morning after he still hadnt added me. In class, I said hi but he didn’t really react. I told myself I didn’t give him enough time to. We went on a class trip to tour a college but we didn’t sit on the bus to or back from there, and though we exchanged a few words we didn’t get to have a full convo. I asked him if he was going to the pool party that was being planned for later, and he said he didn’t know.

The same night, I got to the pool party really late and saw him there. We definitely exchanged glances but we didn’t have a convo again. I was INCREDIBLY nervous so I didn’t go up to him and tell him to add me back.

I’m currently feeling super discouraged and plain confused and doubting that he likes me even though I was so certain before. Since there’s only like 10 days left in the camp, does anyone have advice to help me get closer with him?
