Just nurse nurse nurse. Do NOT pump on top of nursing that will only make it worse. Warm showers with hand expression if needed. Motrin for pain. Not only is it milk coming in but it is also tissue swelling. Ice will help swelling.

Try taking a warm shower and lightly massage for a minute, or try using a haakaa on one side while nursing the other. Your supply will still take a while to regulate. You could also try pumping if nothing else works, but be careful of this. Do it just long enough to relieve a bit of pressure. If you pump to empty, you will signal to make even more and run the risk of creating a major oversupply.

Mine were massive for like a week then started to go down. I formula feed so i didn’t release with pumping or feeding

I would massage mine or pump. Maybe make sure to bring a pump wherever you go bc I had times I forgot to bring mine & my breasts hurt so bad I had to go to the bathroom & squeeze my breasts myself to relieve them...
