Does HSG Procedure delay ovulation

Im 40 years old and have PCOS. Ive been on metformin for almost 4 months. For the last 3 months my cycles and ovulation have been like clockwork 28 days (high opk on cd 12-13, peak 14 & 15). I had hsg last week (cd8) and was told they cleared my left tube (right one tied). Now I'm on cd16 and have been getting positive opk since cd 12. (5th day no peak) Is this happening because of the hsg or am I just having an anovulatory cycle. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated
