Bleeding after Sex

Hey so I have a quick question! Me and my boyfriend had sex again yesterday and we used protection. I lost my virginity to him about 2 weeks ago and I bled a little after which is normal i think but yesterday after we did it I woke up and I was bleeding it has lightened up throughout the day but I don’t know why I was bleeding I was thinking it could be that I wasn’t lubricated enough or some irritation from the condom. I don’t know what to do. Should I get some lube for myself? My period is supposed to come in about 4 days so. Help!
