Extreme nipple pain when ovulating ?

So over the 2 days my opk was peak my nipples were really sore, 1dpo and they woke me up in the night extremely painful and tender, I’ve had sore boobs before when ovulating but never this extreme nipple pain, I still have it now , anyone else experienced this ? How many days post ovulation does it last ? X

this has been me the last two months. 😩 starts a couple days after ovulation and doesn’t give until right at the start of my period. sucks so bad. boobs swell and everything

I usually have very sore nipples a day or 2 before ovulation. Not every month but most.
