Hiya! I’ve been doing keto since November. I’ve been slacking a bit recently, so maybe I should consider myself more so on a low carb diet than keto. I was also intermittent fasting, and working out. I haven’t been working out for like 3 months though… since November, I’ve lost about 42-44lbs. I didn’t take pics in November, but the pink dress pics are about 2.5 months before I started. Purple shorts pic was a few weeks ago.

I did consult with my doctor about going on keto. I was (and still am) nursing, but she okayed it after doing a bit of research. 
It’s working for me. I have cheat days every now and then. But generally, if you just keep things low carb, you’ll probably see results. Good luck!

I did keto but it backfired badly… it’s good to loose weight fast but be careful, on month 6 my body started craving carbs badly so I started reintroducing them and gained everything back 😐 I didn’t overeat or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️
