Hi please answer this post 😭 I’m scared

Ok so my period has been late for 15 days now. I was supposed to get it on the 29-1st. I’ve had irregular periods but not like this. Today is cycle day 48. I took the 6 days early pregnancy test and it came back negative. I’m confused this never happened to me before.
