So I am 13w3d and my fiancé and I got into a really bad fight and he took off. There was a lot of yelling and I am worried I am going to miscarry. I am really stressed. He brings home a lot of work stress and takes it out on me and I am so tired and sick of it. Would this cause miscarriage?
