I've been having vulva itching for 2 months. Went on antibiotics for a UTI, didn't work. Went on antibiotics for BV (discharge has a sour smell), didn't work and the meds gave me a bad yeast infection. I've had 2 pap smears and I still have bad itching and this is what's coming out of me. Negative pregnancy test and I've had nexoplanon for 4 years (got my new one last oct)

Please, any help.
