He won’t stop crying

My poor baby has been screaming his head off all day. I don’t know what’s wrong with him. He’s 2 weeks old. I have a feeling he might be constipated because he is formula fed. The only time he will stop crying is if I lay him on his tummy on my chest. What could be wrong?? I have no idea what to do to help him. Is there anything I can give him?
