FTM here. I had to start pumping really early due to issues with baby eating. I have seen that fresh breastmilk is good room temp (untouched) for 4 hours, in the fridge or four days, and freezer for six months. (Please comment if your e something different.)

But, I am having a hard time to navigate the hours breastmilk and formula are good for specifically after baby starts eating a fresh expressed breast milk bottle but doesn’t finish it, how long is that good for? Do I put it in the fridge or leave it out at room temperature do use within a short amount of time?
