My four month old is grabbing his ear and eyes nonstop while nursing. He’s also not been eating as much and when he does he only eats a little and starts crying and screaming out like I’ve never heard before and stops eating.

I have checked his mouth and there’s no white in there so I don’t think it’s thrush. I have no idea why it’s happening.

What could it be? And could teething cause it? What can I do? Idk :( he’s been fussy and he’s usually never fussy
