please help

i’ve been on a combo pill for almost a year now. i just got off my period last week and had rough protected sex this week. i bled a lil during and after we did it 2 days ago. i woke up this morning and peed and noticed this colored discharge (below). is this normal ?? there were some specks of blood in it too ...
