Migraines

Has anyone experienced migraines after working out and find a solution besides stopping working out? I assume I get them from dehydration even though I am drinking at least a gallon of water a day. I typically get them once or twice a year, but this year I’ve already had 4 and they are terrible. I vomit for hours, see lines, get weak and dizzy. I haven’t worked out in 3 weeks and I’m depressed I really enjoy going it just scares me because they are progressively getting worse/staying longer.
