How many calories with Breast Feedings?

Question

I'm 6 days PP and exclusively BF
Does anyone know how many calories it buryn roughly in each feeding on each boob.
Let's says a full 10-12 mins on each side and my baby latches immediately and drinks the entire Duration.
Also are we supposed to eat anything specific while PP and breastfeeding?

You burn a total of 500-800 extra calories per day breastfeeding. Just eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. 
There are some foods people believe help you produce more milk but there isn’t anything you have to eat or have to avoid when breastfeeding. Some of the foods are oats, flaxseed, barley, brewers yeast and more. 
What’s really important is adequate calorie intake and staying hydrated.

Gotta eat more to make more milk.

I always noticed I made way more milk if I ate more carbs! :)

Just three solid meals. Sometimes i’d need a snack after dinner too which was new for me. A LOT more water. So much. I was drinking literally more than agallon every day. 
Youll know when youre not getting enough calories because you get all spacey and shakey.
