What does it feel like when baby is rolling/stretching?

I am 21 weeks and my baby girl is very active and kicks me & bladder 24/7. How do i know if she is rolling/stretching? Lots of pressure in pelvic area. Ftm

For me, rolling feels like when your stomach drops when you're on a rollercoaster

for me i could physically feel when my baby was stretching because all of a sudden a foot would push into my ribs lol
