He doesn't love me..

I don't think my BF loves me anymore we've been together 4.5 years now and. I have gotten really overweight is say like 30 pounds since we started dating. I know it's a lot but I've just lost all hope. He is always telling me I'm not hot anymore.. And that I need to go to the gym.. I feel like crap I have nothing to look forward to anymore I'm so depressed all the time even though I pretend I'm happy.. He tells me he loves me but never wants to have sex or tell me nice things anymore even when I try to look pretty. I just feel worthless. I will try anything right now to lose weight anything... I just wanna be attractive again.
