Embarssed from stuff that happened 3 year ago

I’m sure many of us have “embarrassing throwbacks” but this one I can’t get out of my head. So I graduated high school 3 years ago and we all lined up and were walking towards the stage and I ran out of line and had a full blown panic attack . I know it’s not my fault but omg I’m cringing inside .
