When can I call my baby a 🌈👶?

Last month, I miscarried at 4.5 weeks and this month I am once again pregnant. I didn't think it could happen again so fast and I am so anxious and terrified that I will lose this baby as well. I'm at 5 wks 3 days now and I don't know when I can safely call my baby a 🌈 👶 or it's too early to be celebrating? I'm confused and don't know how I should feel.

You can celebrate whenever you feel comfortable. My first pregnancy I had a miscarriage at 5w2d. I got pregnant 4 months later and I was so scared that I’d lose again, once I hit 5w3d, I relaxed a little and started referring to the new baby as my rainbow baby. She’s now 1.5 years old and I’m pregnant with baby #2.

I am in a very similar situation. We got a positive test in April, and then a few days later I started bleeding. We were blessed to get another positive test in May and I am currently 12w+5d. I am still a ball of nerves. We have had two healthy scans with a heartbeat of 175 (first) and 153 (second) so I know our chances of miscarrying at this point are less than 2%, but I’m still so scared and want to be able to enjoy this pregnancy so bad 😢
