Unsure if I’m pregnant or not 🙄

I’m 5 days late for my period, last period was June 14th thru the 18th (light bleeding & spotting) I’ve been having really bad nausea, bloating/ pressure feeling in my lower stomach, sleeping a crap ton like a lot. I went to the doctor Friday to make sure I didn’t have anything else going on. She gave my a pregnancy test came back negative (which she didn’t know how to use the test strips) and tested me for a uti. Told me she thinks im getting a uti and doesn’t know why I haven’t started my period and having these symptoms since the test came back negative. If I am pregnant im only 4 weeks and 6 days and date if conception would of been June 28th. What are your thoughts. I do plan to take another if I still haven’t had my period by next week.
