How long does it take for Vitex to leave your system?

Question

Hey so I have stopped taking Vitex (1000mg) for the last 2 days. My period still hasn't arrived so now I am 5 days late. Anyone who has gone off vitex cold turkey and had regular periods (and not pregnant):
A) how long after stopping vitex did you get a period?
B) how long after stopping did your periods and cycles go back to normal?

I was using it prior to this month. I would still get my period even while taking it. I haven’t taken it this month and my cycle has been normal so far, just got a peak opk on cycle day 13.  I never had to stop taking it in order to get my period. I just didn’t take it the day my period came and would take 5 days off as suggested (I can’t remember where I read that) before resuming it. I feel like it helped get me regulated a bit as my cycles had been a bit off before but it could just be coincidence.
