Please help me figure this out... VVFL??

Please leave a comment and help me if you could- do you see lines on these or bad indents?

AF was due this past week and I had bleeding for a few days assuming it was my period.. after it ended I began to feel nauseous and crampy exactly how I did with my last two pregnancies early on so I took a test I had on hand and I feel like I have been getting VVFLs. Just worried if I had a chemical or miscarried or something or what could be going on. I would be 1 6 ish DPO today if glow was right .What do you think about these please? Not sure if they are bad indents or lines or if there is cause to call my dr. Thank you for your help
