They always have 2 lines it needs 3 to be a positive and you shouldn't take them apart as the air and chemicals of the test will always give a false positive x

Digital week indicators always have these three lines irrespective of whether you're pregnant or not. Take a google of clearblue weeks indicator technical specifications and it very clearly tells you within that :)
These tests need a much higher hcg level to pop positive, grab a first response early results and retest with first morning pee
