Insecurity ..

So I have insecurities about myself and try to take it out oh my boyfriend.. what can I do to help me with them? Build my confidence about myself. He tells me idk why your insecure about yourself you have pretty face nice eyes nose lips everything and your body size is fine . But I just can’t seem to get my confidence up there all the way and get over my insecurities and stop trying to put them on him.
