Light spotting TMI

Hi there I wanted to see if anyone else experienced this? I found out at 3w 4 days I was positive but I spotting for about 5 days now it’s very light pale/light light brown. Did anyone have this and everything turned out okay? Had a miscarriage December 2020 so I’m obviously a nervous wreck. Going to post the pics might be TMI! Sorry! I just went to draw blood today to check my levels but my doctor put me on progesterone because fridays labs were @ hcg:33 and Progesterone: 7.2.
