Early scan

I had an early abdominal scan done today and this the photo I got from it, how far along would you say I am? As my last period was 7 weeks ago but sonographer says measuring a few weeks behind, also what is it I’m seeing on the photo? I’ve never been pregnant before and I am so overwhelmed
