How do I study

I keep hearing the lawn mower, the TV, households conversation and I'm in a bedroom door closed but I can still hear everything going on.

It gets Boring Distracting I reread it and I'm still like what does this say or what does this mean I have to reread it

But on Glow I can read everything alright the comments the post I'm fine. But when it's online school work or doing homework I can't sit down..

I'm thinking do I need music do I need noise cancelling head phones

This happened in school when I am bored I check out I daydream, think about other things
