Fertility consultation coming up - what to ask?

So I recently found out that I have DOR (diminished ovarian reserve) and I was advised by my ob to reach out to a fertility specialist to talk about my options before it’s too late. I’m 34 years old and my AMH level was conceding to my dr. Anyways, I have my first fertility consultation coming up. Any recommendations of what questions to ask? I just don’t want to miss anything but are I’m not sure what other questions I’m supposed to ask. This will be my first time reaching out to someone.
