What to wear to court for your custody trial

I advise my clients to dress professionally but not expensive. A suit is good if you have it. A dress with cardigan, slacks with a button up/blouse. Flats or low heels. Not too much makeup, clean put together hair. This is not a fashion show but you want to be put together.
