What would you do?

So I’m a dancer and I have 20k saved up. I’m 25 and I’d like to stop dancing. I’m not sure what I could do with my money to make it work for me to quit my job. Some ideas I’ve had are:
Buying a Car wash, Laundry mat, Day care
Be a landlord 
What would you do? Also my credit score is 800 and I already own a home, car and have no debt

20K won't buy you a business and keep it afloat. You need hundreds of thousands for that, easily. I would put some into your retirement and keep working. You can quit dancing at any time, even if you can't buy a business yet. Find a different job or go to school.

I’d probably go to college or trade school. 20K is not that much money. You should meet with a financial planner.

Then is explore your area and supply n demand in those businesses.

My best friend quit dancing and got a job in a call center for a software company that helps lawyers with their filing system. She worked there for years, was really good at her job and made good money. Now she works for another company and makes more. She and her husband just bought a house.
If you want to quit dancing, do it. Find something else that you're good at and you can be successful.
