Ear piercing while EBF ?

No judgement please
Has anyone had their breastfed little girls ears pierced? I’ve booked my girl in for next Sunday but I’m looking for personal experience on whether it effects breastfeeding? I know when I’m done feeding there is generally an ear print on my arm so I obviously don’t want to hurt her more by laying her on her sore ears.

Try nursing her in the football position so she’s not laying on her ear. It’s the only position my son would nurse in and I found it way easier.

Yep and had no effect 😊 they literally didn't touch them once. My first had them done at 10months (now 5 and loves them) my second had them done at 12months, covid pushed it back 🙄 (she's now 2 and I dont think she even knows they are there 🤷🏼‍♀️) both fed fine after too 😊

I'm EBF and pierced my girls ears at 4 months. I held her football style the first day just in case there was discomfort but she seemed perfectly normal and is now 6 months & still has hers in. We went through Rowan.com! It's nurses that meet you either in your home or some Target stores nation wide.
