Starting treatment again

After a roller coaster of a year and a half, losing multiple family members, my parents losing thier home, business and moving in with us, adopting a puppy, me having surgery and many canceled fertility appointments (and so much more)... we are finally back at it. Coming up on 2 years of fertility treatments and appointments and seems like we are back at square one. Our doc is pulling out all the tricks this iui cycle. All the meds, all the tests and hopefully this is it. This is our 3rd attempt at iui and if not successful, we move on to IVF. Fingers crossed we get our rainbow baby this cycle. Now just need AF to show up so we can get going.
