So I’m 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and yesterday I started spotting some brownish/pinkish. I am on vaginal progesterone suppositories twice a day. The spotting is only really seen when I put in my progesterone. There is no spotting really when I wipe. Could I be irritating my cervix and causing the spotting? I was told to put the progesterone as far up as I can, possibly my nails are irritating/scratching my cervix and causing the spotting?

*My doctor said it was normal to let them know if it get bright red, heavier and if I start hurting!*
