What’s actions did you take when you realized stress from work, life, grief, etc. was keeping you from getting pregnant?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year now. We finally conceived over vacation during my last cycle and we were so excited to FINALLY see two lines! Then a few days later, I got my period. I felt so defeated. So depressed. We tried SMEP this time around and nothing happened. My husband has a lot of work stress and I have a lot of stress picking up the slack. I’m so scared. It took so long for that first positive. It’s not like we can just go on vacation every time I ovulate.

Suggestions for men and women on how to stop stress from interfering with this?
