So I’ve never been in a place where I’ve had to decide between two jobs but here I am!

So I’m a teacher. I just left one job Bc of toxic workplaces. Anyways my last job was a Christian based school in a church, which is what I want.

So I have one job offer, it’s not a Christian based school, it’s slightly smaller school then my last job. But the schedule is earlier hours, like 730-430, which is what I was wanting. It also pays a bit more.

I have a new job offer, it’s at a Christian based school, very similar to my last job which I loved my last job except for a few people. But it’s basically the same schedule, 9-6. It pays more then my last job but it’s less then the first job offer. The first job offer is like a dollar and some change more. It’s not a huge difference but still a significant difference. But I’m not an all about the pay type person.

Idk which one to go for. If the Christian based job was earlier hours I’d probably go to it. But I’m unsure.
