hello all we are ttc for our first and i have pcos. long story short we've been trying a long time and ive never even seen a second line before. this cycle we tried letrozole, i'm currently 4dpo according to my opk's, and ever since ovulation day i've had these almost period like aches/cramps idk if i'd even call them cramps bc they aren't painful just very achey, but it's been every day and i've never experienced this with my normal ovulation cramps. has anyone experienced this before on Letrozole & their TWW and resulted in pregnancy? 🥺💗
