This belly was supposed to be huge by now

I was supposed to be eating cereal while using my belly as a portable table

I was supposed to have stretch marks all over and be miserable in my last month before the big day

I was supposed to have had my first ever baby shower this week

I was supposed to be announcing to my parents what their grandchild’s name is

I was supposed to waddle

I was supposed to crave certain foods

I was supposed to have our spare bedroom turned into a nursery.

I wasn’t supposed to have a flat tummy today.
