Any advice

I took an Clear blue OPK test got static on cycle day 18 . Cycle day 29 I notice on my chart I have an BBT Spike . On one app Premom shows 4 days late, another app shows 3 days late & another app shows 1 day late . Sore breast & last night had veins in breast . Any advice or ideas ?? Chart below
