does consuming dairy make me infertile ?

i’ve read a posts that says being dairy free will make you more fertile if u have pcos.
 is this true ?

This is a little of out context, dairy doesn’t cause infertility. Dairy causes chronic inflammation in the gut and rest of body- so it can cause disorders that cause infertility to be worse

Fertility wise no. Dairy has no affect. However if you have inflammation pcos, cutting back on dairy may help.

Absolutely not. The only time dairy is bad for you is if you have an allergy or are lactose intolerant (and even then you have dairy options that are low/no-lactose). Dairy has even been shown to be anti-inflammatory. There is a RD on Instagram (@nutrition.at.its.roots) with a ton of great info on dairy.
