I go back to work very soon

I go back to work very soon part time and my son who will be 11months exactly will be looked after by my mother in law!

My son screams every time he sees her! How will this work I feel scared about leaving him with her now. He is very clingy to me and still breastfed.

How will I cope? How will he cope?

Stressing out so much right now but I need to go back to work.

She old school when it comes to child care and believes in letting them cry it out!!!! I don’t agree and have never allowed him to just cry it out.

What can I do any advice
