I stopped my birth control 2 cycles ago (combination pill) and I’m ovulating soon for this cycle. I already take women’s vitamins and eat clean/drink water and exercise 3-4 times a week and in general good health. So my question, do y’all have sex everyday in your fertile window or every other? And how long do you lay there after and in what position? 😄
