Pregmate test lines super light?

I will start by saying NO I’m not worried and YES I know that you’re not supposed to trend lines... but I find it reassuring and fun to see those 2 little lines pop up faster each day 😊
I’ve been getting pretty dark lines on First Response for a couple days now (missed period due tomorrow) and have even triggered a Clearblue Digital. The Pregmate test was even a faint positive on the very first day the FRER was! But the Pregmate ones haven’t gotten any darker?? I haven’t been saving them so I don’t have more to show.
Mostly just found it odd and wanted to see if anyone else hadn’t gotten dark Pregmate lines until much later?

I used pregmate and the lines were pretty faint at first, even when the lines were strong on other blue and red dye tests. Don’t worry about it - you’re pregnant!

My pregmate strips were worrying me too bc there wasn’t a ton of progression. I took a FR and it was very dark.  Probably just less sensitive and worse quality in general. There’s a reason they are so cheap!

I’ve never used pregmate strips, but I found that the easy@home strips which are similar to pregmate don’t darken as quickly or as noticeably as the FRER tests do. I think the cheap strips are good at detecting whether or not HCG is present but aren’t that great at detecting increases…I feel like there were several days in a row that looked the same before a slight increase, then several more days that looked the same.

It depends on so many factors. How hydrated you are because then it’s less concentrated pee. What time of day you tested, like first thing in the morning or later in the day. I would stop doing this because it will just freak you out if they are light. You’re obviously pregnant. And different tests have different sensitivities so the more sensitive ones will pop positive/darker first compared to less sensitive ones. It’s also a waste of money buying so many tests
