Can I be ovulating this early

My cycles are 31 days long. They come the same day every single month. I’m on clomid 150mg for cycle day 3-7. My period this month was a period the first day but then barely anything just brown spotting not enough to even wear a pantie liner. Just when I wiped. I took an ovulation test today cycle day 8 and it looks almost positive to me?!!! Am I right? Or not quit peak yet ??
