Hiii Guys...I need help ???

So for this month i didnt had a period...AF suppose to show up on the 1,2,3 4 n it didnt...So i had a short bleeding on the 19,20... n today it finish...So this week marks 4 weeks for me...If i am pregnant....So i want to know if anyone who ever been pregnant...Like in their First trimester.. If u guys ever bleed...Like red blood.. But kinda mix with clear n white discharge...I took 3 pregnancy test in early in the 2 week...N it was negative...n i didnt take back none...But im goin to the doctor next week...But i took the home pregnancy test with salt n it was like white foam at the top...N they say when it hv that it means the test is positive ... So i need advice
